Who We Are
Karangura Peak Coffee (KAPCCO) is a registered primary cooperative located at Plot 2, Block 57, Kyabwire Village, Karangura Sub-County, Burahya County, Kabarole District, Uganda. The cooperative is committed to empowering the community by addressing key challenges faced by smallholder coffee farmers, particularly limited awareness and poor access to markets in Karangura Sub-County and the broader Rwenzori region.
Established in 2013 and officially registered as a cooperative in 2017, KAPCCO has grown from a grassroots association of 300 members to a vibrant community of 2000 smallholder farmers. Each farmer cultivates an average of one acre, contributing to a resilient, traceable, and sustainable supply chain spanning Kabarole, Ntoroko, and Bunyangabu Districts in western Uganda.
