Mr. Mibiiri Davis is the General Manager of Karangura Peak Coffee. He has worked with the cooperative since it started. He is charged with the responsibilities of mobilizing, controlling and managing all resources through coordination of activities and programs for proper implementation. He has participated in increasing membership and facilitating different transitional stages like the change from association status to a Cooperative. Prior to his present role as a general manager , and having a commercial role, Davis was engaged in promotion of sustainable livelihoods for 10 years working with the youth and women. Coming from a coffee family background gives him pride and he has made coffee products popular among the younger generation.So to him , maintaining a personal approach and the human aspect remain key drivers.

Kaisule’s love for nature brought him to study agriculture. He has worked with coffee producers from the time he was a practicing student while at university up when he become a professional and so this has fattened his experience in the agricultural world. As a gourmet and enthusiastic person, he has a passion for taste, new flavors, the finest ingredients and getting the best out of a variety of products.
At Karangura Peak Coffee, he has learned many things about coffee and its trade. After 08 years in the trading team, it is a pleasure for him to share his coffee experiences, always aiming to offer well selected coffees that put a smile on the face of the producer, the roaster and the consumer.

Johnson studied Agriculture and Community Development, the perfect fit to combine his interests in agriculture, nature and rural development. His passion for coffee started in 2008. He worked for almost a decade in different coffee growing areas in Rwenzori region discovering the beauty of nature, people and, of course, the journey of coffee from farm to cup. In 2017, Johnson joined Karangura Peak Coffee where he loves to share his knowledge and enthusiasm for crop growing and general agronomy. For him, working in coffee is an everyday interaction with people who share the same passion for a beautiful product. He manages a farmer portfolio of 250 farmers across Karangura farming community
